Time and time again

12.6.17                           Time and time again

I started the day all happy then I heard crack I fell to the ground screaming in pain my mum looked at me like I was doing this on purpose because I use to do it when I was little like 3, but now I am 12 and she thought I was just playing games she lifted me up and said to keep walking  i did so but my ankle rolled one more time but this time it nearly snapped mum got me up and said now what's wrong I told her my ankle so she said “There is a doctor just here are u sure u want to go in and make the doctor check it because if there is nothing wrong with your ankle you are going to be in so much trouble. So my mum took me into the doctors and they took a xray and they said.I broke my ankle, I then got a cast on the asked what colour and of course I picked purple. I went to school and all  these people rush up to me and say “How’s your foot” I just say it’s fine but what I really mean is it hurts really badly but I have to cope with all the pain.

After a week my doctor came and checked up on my leg to make sure my ankle is well adjusted and comfortable so it has a full recovery and heals, but the worst thing is that I have to have it on for 6 months which it is so heavy. I got away with some things but the things i got away with were the things I really like. Some things like PE I have to stand and watch but at least I get to here the birds chirping and the wind whistling but then there is also the sound of GO GO GO!! which is good because they are cheering them on. When I get home my mum gets really over protective and always asks how is your foot once I got home it got really annoying after awhile so she stopped asking and I just nodded every time I got home.

Once I got the cast off, my leg was all sweaty so I had a shower and cut my toenails then it was fine but just a little saw but I started to do sports again and it became healthy and it was good because it was healed, at least I didn’t do it again although my ankle now can pop out of place.
