Weekly Reflection

I was being respectful by listening to
others while they were doing their I.E.

I was being kind by making sure someone
was ok when the got hit by the ball.

I was being growth-minded by keeping
on trying with my drawstring bag.

Toes

• Why do you need your toes?
• To keep your balance and to help your foot contain the weight of your body,
• it also helps you run so that you can go faster.
• What purposes do toes serve?
• To stand up straight and so that your feet don't get sore over time because
• of all your weight put on your feet.
• Which toe is the most important?
• Your big toe because it is stronger than the rest of your toes so if you lost one
• of your smalle toes you wouldn't notice much difference than losing your big toe
• because you would be a bit unbalanced.
•

Weekly Reflection Wk3

Flip - My flip of the week was getting most of my work done at the start of the week and doing my creation.

Flop - My flop of the week was losing our game of netball and not reading holes in time.

Blog mission (Game review)

The game I have chosen is Netball

The aim of the game is to try and get the ball in your teams hoop without the other team getting the ball off your team, you also have set positions like WA, GA, C, GK and more,

Three skills I have learnt is reflex because you always have to be on the look out for the ball, balance because you need to balance yourself out while holding the ball so you don’t step and lastly aim because you need to aim where the ball get thrown so you don’t pass it to the other team.

The thing I like the most about Netball is that you have a team supporting and I like being energetic and having fun playing differently teams from other schools.

I rate this game 5 out of 5 because it is my favourite sport.

Blog mission #1 (Calving & Hobbs)

I think that Calvin thought he was in charge of everything and can control whether you can get this or that but you can't always get your way, because Calvin thought he would control a plants life and tell the plant that you can't have water unless I let you and then it started raining, so he realised it's not up to him.

Weekly Reflection:

• What was your favourite part of your learning this week and why?
• My favourite part was starting word mania because I got to challenge my friends and see who got the highest points and have a competition.

• What is something you found challenging in your learning this week?
• Something I found challenging was duolingo because It didn't tell me what the words meant in English.

• What is something you have enjoyed doing outside of school this week?
• I enjoyed Netball on Monday and Wednesday except for getting hit in the face both days.

• What part of your learning are you proud of this week?
• I'm proud of finishing my summaries on my IE.
